Welcome to JIIN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JIIN website at jiin.in and our AI voice calling services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by JIIN, a FourOne portfolio company ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

JIIN provides automated AI voice calling agents powered by Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Our service supports Indian and US phone numbers via third-party providers including EnableX, Plivo, and Twilio.

The Service is currently in private beta. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Waitlist & Early Access

By joining our waitlist, you provide your email address for the purpose of receiving product updates and early access notifications. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service or any specific features, timeline, or pricing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including telemarketing and robocalling laws (TCPA, TRAI regulations, etc.)
• Make unsolicited or spam calls without proper consent
• Engage in harassment, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Collect or store personal data in violation of privacy laws
• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purpose

5. Telephony Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of JIIN's calling agents complies with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the US and TRAI regulations in India. We are not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your misuse of the calling service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and underlying technology — are owned by JIIN or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (EnableX, Plivo, Twilio, Google Analytics, Formspree). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or practices.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JIIN AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JIIN, its parent company FourOne, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
